Quote from C.T. Drent Beheer B.V. website:
The Morgenstond I is built in 2006 in Ukraine as building number 836 of Damen-Okean. She was the first vessel of the Damen Combi Freighter 12000 series. She is launched at March 22, 2006 and started her maiden trip at end of July from the Black sea to Southampton. As from the beginning the vessel was in time-charter for several different companies. Therefore she has sailed with many different names on her bow. At this moment the Danish Clipper Group AS is her time-charterer and named her after the goddess of wisdom: Clipper Athena.
